  They have uber at their location so I called to speak with them because I was there 30 minutes prior. They refused to hand over the phone so I could ask a question. Literally could not walk three steps to hand over the phone. Why do I have to drive down there to ask a simple question that could be answered in one second over the phone. I really don't care about any policy or rule at this point because it's simple customer service. You guys are partnered up so what's the problem. I asked if he could ask a simple question then and he said no... if you have time to answer the phone you have time to ask a question.

  One of the guys there I think his name is David he has glasses and is kinda fat he sold us iphones7plus He overcharged us we had insurance and he took it off with out authorization and our bill went up to 187 honestly go to the one in Compton this one is not good I don't think they know how to do there job right here
